PYRAMIDO started in 2006.
Now they are back after three years with an new album from the abyss.
"VATTEN" is their fourth full-length album.
If you have not listened to PYRAMIDO and you want me to describe how they sound.
Then I take my entire Doom Metal Dictionary to help.
Both the music and the lyrics give a feeling of despair, fear, anger and impending doom.
You can sense a lot in this album. Sludge Doom of course ;)
But also some Stoner, Funeral and Black Doom.
It's heavy, Dirty, brutal and damn good.
It is an album that grows, remember that and give it more listens than one.
You can not have it on in the background while you vacuum.
Drown in a couch, close your eyes and just enjoy.
There are five songs on the album, but as it should be, it has still a total playing time of 38 minutes.
If you like Doom Metal, this is a must.
